Advanced Engineering

We use the latest technologies not only in building frames but also in design development. 3D design of frames allows us to significantly shorten the path from a sketch to the final product, taking into account all possible nuances even before a sample appears.

Hydroforming

Hydroforming is a technology for manufacturing aluminum tubes in a chamber with a three-dimensional template of the desired shape. The heated oil is introduced into the tube under high pressure. As a result, the tube takes the shape of a specific pattern. Hydroforming allows the production of tubes of any shape without loss of strength and weight gain. The main indicator of the quality of parts produced with hydroforming machines is their higher stiffness compared to similarly shaped parts produced with other technologies.

Special Tube Geometry

The joint work of engineers and designers in the design of the frame allows you not only to take into account the necessary strength characteristics for different riding styles but at the same time to create a spectacular image that reflects the character of the bike.

CNC Welding

Robotic welding of frames has several undeniable advantages over manual welding. The quality of the weld does not depend on the "human" factor, reducing errors to zero. The robot can qualitatively produce a weld of any complexity while ensuring the uniformity and high strength of the weld.
