COSTS & DESTINATIONS

Thanks for shopping with teswaybike.com. International shipping might experience delay due to natural disasters or bad weather. to keep track of your order, contact support@teswaybike.com so we can provide you the order’s tracking number.

At present, we can only ship to the United States. Kindly notice that all of our products are tax-inclusive for all 49 states, you will not be charged with extra tax when purchasing at our online store in the United States.

Order Processing Time

• It is the time elapsed between when the customer places the order and when the seller hands the order over to the delivery service.
• Generally, orders are shipped within 3 working days of order confirmation/payment. Orders made on the weekends might experience delay.
• Our warehouse only operates on Monday – Friday during standard business hours, except on holidays. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

Shipping Fee

Every order that includes a vehicle will be free of shipping fee; if you purchase accessories separately, a shipping fee of US$4.9-19.9 will be charged depending on the actual situation.

Transportation method

Packages containing vehicles are shipped via FedEx and UPS, and small packages such as accessories will be shipped via DHL and USPS.

Tracking

• You will receive an email when your order has been shipped. A tracking number will be provided. Please note: This may take longer during events or holidays. 
• Tracking information may take 48 to 72 hours to update.
• If you cannot track your package normally, please contact us and we will resolve this issue within 48 hours.

Delivery Time Exceeded

International shipping might experience delay due to bad weather. If your order is delayed, please contact us via email support@teswaybike.com, we will check the situation with the transportation company in time. Thanks for your understanding and support.

Order Cancellations&Chance

Before shipping

Order Cancellation / Change of Address / Replacements and exchanges: NO charge

After shipping

Order Cancellation: If your order is shipped and cannot be modified, you may reject the package and 8% of the product cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.

The customer is also responsible for the return shipping cost of $25. Teswaybike will provide a return shipping label, and the designated carrier will collect the return package.

Please Note: We do not accept returns for accessories that are not quality problems.

Change of Address: If you successfully change your address, $25 will be charged as a processing fee. If you fail to change your address, you may refuse the package and 8% of the product cost will be charged as a reshipping fee. And the costomer is also responsible for the return shipping cost of $25. Total fee are 8% of product cost+$25.

Replacements and exchanges:

A) If you successfully exchange the item, $25 will be charged as a processing fee.

B) If you fail to change, you may reject the package and 8% of the product cost will be charged as a reshipping fee.

C) If you fail to reject the item and still want to cancel the order, 8% of the product cost will be charged as the processing fees and the costomer is also responsible for the return shipping cost of $25. Total fee are 8% of product cost+$25.

About Tax

In seldom cases, orders may be charged the customs fees by your government, not our site, you will be responsible for the charges. We apologize for any inconvenience, but we have no control over the customs authorities in your country or any other. Contact your local customs office for more information about customs fees, duties, and taxes.
