Thanks for shopping with teswaybike.com. International shipping might experience delays due to natural disasters or bad weather. To keep track of your order, contact support@teswaybike.com so we can provide you with the order’s tracking number.
At present, we can only ship to the United States. Kindly note that all of our products are tax-inclusive for all 49 states; you will not be charged with extra tax when purchasing at our online store in the United States.

Order Processing Time
- It is the time elapsed between when the customer places the order and when the seller hands the order over to the delivery service.
- Generally, orders are shipped within 3 working days of order confirmation/payment. Orders placed on weekends may be delayed.
- Our warehouse only operates on Monday – Friday during standard business hours, except on holidays. In these instances, we take steps to ensure that shipment delays are kept to a minimum.
Shipping Fee
Each order, including an ebike, includes free shipping.
Transportation method
Packages containing vehicles are shipped via FedEx and UPS, and small packages such as accessories will be shipped via DHL and USPS.

Tracking
- You will receive an email when your order has been shipped. A tracking number will be provided. Please note: This may take longer during events or holidays.
- Tracking information may take 48 to 72 hours to update.
- If you cannot track your package normally, please contact us, and we will resolve this issue within 48 hours.
Delivery Time Exceeded
Shipping may be subject to delays due to carrier delays, adverse weather conditions, supply constraints, high shipment volumes, or labor shortages. If your order is delayed, please contact us via email support@teswaybike.com, and we will verify the situation with the shipping company in time. Thank you for your understanding and support.
Order cancellations and changes

After shipping
Please note! We cannot modify, block, or cancel orders that have already been shipped.
If you refuse delivery and the order is returned to our facility, we will treat it as a return.
In this case, we will refund the purchase price to your original payment method and deduct US$200 to cover shipping costs, so please confirm the shipping address before placing an order.

All orders are tax-inclusive. The price you pay on our website already includes applicable taxes and duties.
